We look after your information under South Africa’s privacy law, POPIA.
What we collect
- Free class: your name, WhatsApp number, and your child’s first name and age for kids’ classes.
- Membership: contact details and an emergency contact.
- The account holder’s ID number and address.
- Injuries or medical conditions, only with your consent.
- For under-18s, a parent or guardian’s details and consent.
Why we collect it
- To confirm your class and run your membership.
- To keep members safe in training.
- To send news and offers, only if you said yes.
Who sees it
Only the Saints team. We don’t sell your information or share it outside Saints, unless the law requires it.
Your rights
Ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time on WhatsApp or by email.
If you’re unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Regulator.
